RETURNS PROCESS

Dear Customer.

We would like to provide the following detailed information regarding our returns process.

You are welcome to return any unembroidered or unprinted items within 30 days of delivery, provided you have notified us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned at your own expense in their original packaging and suitable for resale as new. Please note that for items purchased as part of a bundle or special offer, the refund will reflect the discounted amount rather than the full list price. Should an error occur due to a manufacturing fault or an incorrect product being issued by LA Clothing, kindly complete the returns form and send the item via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please include a copy of your postage receipt, as this will be refunded once the error or fault has been confirmed. It is essential to retain your proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit; this is covered by Royal Mail’s insurance.

Before returning any items, always ensure the return form is completed and approved. To facilitate your refund, kindly print a copy of the completed form and include it with the returned goods. Failure to complete the returns form and include a copy with your return may result in no refund being issued.
