Ordering your Safety Footwear:

• Carefully complete the online order form, it is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct item according to type and size. 
• If the size of shoe you take is not shown, please contact engineering.landt@durham.ac.uk.
• Footwear sizes are shown in UK measurements (please read on to find an international shoe sizes conversion chart).
• Footwear items shown are true to size, for half sizes order up (e.g. if you are normally a 5.5, order a size 6). If you sometimes fall between two sizes, we recommend that you order the larger size (e.g. if you alternate between a size 9 and a size 10 shoe, order a size 10).
• It is important that you take care to make sure that your order details are correct as it won’t be possible to exchange the item ordered for a different type or size once ordered. Items will only be exchanged if faulty.

Home delivery information:

• To enable home deliver before the start of term please complete and submit the order form by FRIDAY 10 SEPTEMBER 12noon. 
• Orders received after this time will be delivered to campus. You will be notified of arrangements for collection of items ordered at the start of term. 
• Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to international addresses. For international students orders will be dispatched to campus, please enter you address details as: Department of Engineering, Durham University, Lower Mount Joy, South Road, Durham DH1 3LE. You will be notified of arrangements for collection at the start of term.
